At Labhyam Health Care, we take pride in the quality of our herbal products. However, if you are not fully satisfied due to a valid reason, we’re here to help.
✅ Eligible for Return or Replacement:
We accept return or replacement requests in the following cases:
You received a damaged or leaked product
You received a wrong product
The product is expired or unsealed on delivery
🚫 Not Eligible for Return:
If the product has been used or opened
If the return request is made after 48 hours of delivery
If the product was damaged due to mishandling after delivery
📦 How to Request a Return:
Raise a request within 48 hours of receiving the product
Share an unboxing video clearly showing the issue

💰 Refund Process:
Once your return is approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 working days
For COD orders, refund will be processed to your bank account after confirmation
🔁 Replacement:
If eligible, we may resend the product at no additional cost instead of a refund.

Labhyam Health Care reserves the right to reject a return/refund if the conditions are not met. Please retain packaging and proof of purchase for a smooth process.
