At Labhyam Health Care, we take pride in the quality of our herbal products. However, if you are not fully satisfied due to a valid reason, we’re here to help.


Eligible for Return or Replacement:

We accept return or replacement requests in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or leaked product

  • You received a wrong product

  • The product is expired or unsealed on delivery


🚫 Not Eligible for Return:

  • If the product has been used or opened

  • If the return request is made after 48 hours of delivery

  • If the product was damaged due to mishandling after delivery


📦 How to Request a Return:

  1. Raise a request within 48 hours of receiving the product

  2. Share an unboxing video clearly showing the issue

💰 Refund Process:

  • Once your return is approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 working days

  • For COD orders, refund will be processed to your bank account after confirmation


🔁 Replacement:

If eligible, we may resend the product at no additional cost instead of a refund.

Labhyam Health Care reserves the right to reject a return/refund if the conditions are not met. Please retain packaging and proof of purchase for a smooth process.
